Princess Lovey and the Five Birds

This is a fairy tale I wrote in school.

Once upon a time, there lived an evil stepfather and a beautiful princess. The Princess Lovey lived in a lovely house surrounded be flowers and tall trees. The stepfather was jealous of all of her surroundings.

One day, the stepfather came to her little house and asked her to switch properties. He promised her five birds to help her keep the house straight. She fell for his trick and lived in the old, rusty house. Princess Lovey had the five birds: Grayson, Casey, Justin, Kicker, and flipper. Four of the birds were evil and destroyed Princess Lovey's house. She continued to live in the woods begging her stepfather for her land back.

One of the birds, named Grayson, was a powerful bird. She flew as fast as a rocket to the castle to alarm the prince. Grayson told the prince where Princess Lovey was. The prince jumped up on his horse and rode to the broken house. He saw Princess Lovey sleeping on the wood of the house. He took her up to the castle where they would be married.

One week went by. The stepfather tried to find and kill the Prince and Princess Lovey. Grayson saw him trying to escape the house. She came toward him and with her magic, killed him. She put a spell on the other four birds turning them to good.

The birds ended up living and helping with Princess Lovey and the prince. They did a lot for the wedding and lived Happily Ever After!
